Thinning Thursday - April 2
I'm proud of myself. Instead of a cookie the other night I had some grilled veggies and some pasta salad. I'm still probably eating more on Monday and Tuesday nights than I should, but I'll be done with school in 4 weeks and can get back to regular dinners.
Once school is done I also want to start exercising again. The weather is improving so I should be able to go walking in the evenings with Jim and I also want to do some strength training.

I am very excited for you in your triumph today!
I have decided to start a new diet starting Monday, 6-Apr-09 in an effort to lose the extra weight I put on since last September (thank you stressful college and 2 jobs!)
I have such great plans for this summer to get back in shape like I once was! Hopefully, if all goes well.... I'll be my own little superman! :) jk.
